How does the Yen Sabai plan differ from the Yen Jai plan?

The Yen Sabai plan focuses on a lump sum on death or disability, plus funeral expenses that include illness, which is why its premium is low. The Yen Jai plan adds medical expenses with no upfront payment and income compensation for nights in hospital, so its premium is higher.

  • People with family responsibilities who want a lump sum for those left behind, at a premium in the hundreds to thousands of baht
  • People who already have health insurance or medical benefits and only want to add a death sum insured
  • People aged 66–70 who can still apply for new accident insurance
  • Parents who also want to cover their children, up to 3

  • People who mainly ride a motorcycle and want the full sum insured. Motorcycle accidents pay half
  • People who want emergency roadside assistance on Plans 1–2: it is only available on Plans 3–5
