How much is the premium for Chubb PA Yen Kai personal accident insurance?

Annual premiums. Data as at 15 October 2026. Those aged 66–70 can renew up to age 75.

Plan / groupAge 15–65 yearsAge 66–70 years
Plan 1 / 2 / 3 · Occupation class 1–24,668 / 5,332 / 7,2506,531 / 7,565 / 9,616
Plan 1 / 2 / 3 · Occupation class 1–2 with children (up to 3)7,136 / 7,800 / 9,7188,999 / 10,033 / 12,084

Plan 1 / 2 / 3 · Occupation class 3 with children8,399 / 9,366 / 11,2489,981 / 12,202 / 14,995

Every figure is a starting premium. The actual premium depends on the plan, age, occupation class, number of children and the insurer's underwriting decision. The quote is what counts.

Worked example: a father and 2 children on Plan 2

  • A 38-year-old father in occupation class 1–2 on the option with children, Plan 2 = THB 7,800 per year, about 7,800 ÷ 12 = THB 650 a month on average
  • If only the father is insured, Plan 2 = THB 5,332. The extra for adding the children is 7,800 − 5,332 = THB 2,468 per year
  • A child falls and breaks an arm, with medical costs of THB 8,000. The child's limit is THB 5,000 per accident, so the remaining THB 3,000 is paid by you.
  • The father falls down the stairs and the medical costs are THB 30,000, which is within the Plan 2 limit of THB 100,000 per accident

This example is for illustration only. The amount actually paid depends on receipts, medical documents and the policy conditions.
