| Plan / group | Age 15–65 years | Age 66–70 years |
|---|---|---|

Every figure is a starting premium. The actual premium depends on the plan, age, occupation class, number of children and the insurer's underwriting decision. For occupation class 3 with children, the quote is what counts.
Worked example: Plan 2, a motorcycle fall and 5 days in hospital
- At age 35, occupation class 1–2, the Plan 2 premium = THB 6,750 per year, about 6,750 ÷ 12 = THB 563 a month on average
- Medical costs of THB 60,000 are within the limit of THB 100,000 per accident, and the no-upfront-payment service can be used
- Income compensation for a hospital stay: 2,000 × 5 days = THB 10,000
- If death is from riding a motorcycle, the Plan 2 limit is THB 500,000, half of the general accident amount
This example is for illustration only. The amount actually paid depends on receipts, medical documents and the policy conditions.
