Underwriting conditions
1. Vehicle types accepted: trucks with codes 320, 327, 420, 520 only
2. Covers standard accessories fitted by the vehicle manufacturer or the car dealer
3. These premium rates exclude the compulsory motor insurance (CMI) premium; vehicles up to 15 years old are accepted, with repairs at the insurer's garages only
4. This insurance plan is for HINO / ISUZU / MITSUBISHI / NISSAN / UD / SCANIA / VOLVO / FUSO vehicles only
5. This insurance plan does not cover any additional accessories, such as special materials and paint, stickers, Kevlar, or any kind of paint coating or painted designs
6. Truck types not considered for cover: vehicles carrying high-risk goods such as fuel, acid, gas, steel bars, or
vehicles converted into passenger vehicles, as well as vehicles fitted with a dump body, crane, concrete mixer, hydraulic equipment, loader crane (hiab), refrigerated box or refrigeration unit, or a Compressor
7. These premium rates already include all discounts; no further discounts apply
8. The insurer reserves the right to change premium rates with at least 30 days' notice
9. Fleet vehicles must be approved by the insurer before a quote is issued
10. Photos of the vehicle must be attached for every underwriting assessment
