Highlights: Accident insurance with 8 plans, with the death sum insured stepping up from THB 100,000 to THB 1,000,000, so you can choose to fit your budget closely
You want an accident policy to carry with you, but when you look at each provider, the entry plan has a sum insured that is too low and the next plan jumps to something over budget. You can't find one that sits right in the middle.
Bangkok Insurance's PA Me Style: PA for All offers 8 plans to choose from. The questions are: how much do the plans differ, what do you get for each step up in price, and which plan fits your budget?
PA for All accident insurance, 8 plans: who is it for, and how much is the premium?
In short: Bangkok Insurance's PA for All accident insurance suits people aged 0–60 in occupation group A or B who want to choose a sum insured that fits their budget. It covers death and disability from accidents of THB 100,000–1,000,000, medical expenses of THB 5,000–100,000 per accident, and hospital cash of THB 500 per day. Premiums start from THB 1,160 per year (Plan 1, group A, as of 15 October 2026). The actual premium depends on the plan, age and occupation group.
What does PA for All cover?
| Plan | Death and disability (general / motorcycle) | Medical expenses per accident |
|---|---|---|
| Plan 1 | 100,000 / 50,000 | 5,000 |
| Plan 2 | 200,000 / 100,000 | 10,000 |
| Plan 3 | 200,000 / 100,000 | 20,000 |
| Plan 4 | 300,000 / 150,000 | 30,000 |
| Plan 5 | 500,000 / 250,000 | 30,000 |
| Plan 6 | 500,000 / 250,000 | 50,000 |
| Plan 7 | 800,000 / 400,000 | 80,000 |
| Plan 8 | 1,000,000 / 500,000 | 100,000 |
The same in every plan: income compensation of THB 500 per day during a hospital stay, up to 30 days per event; funeral expenses of THB 10,000; and income compensation while in intensive care and unconscious (coma) of THB 100,000 per event. Death from a public accident pays the same as that plan's general accident sum insured.
The death sum insured covers general accidents, including murder or assault. Riding or travelling as a passenger on a motorcycle pays half of the general sum insured in every plan.
How much is the PA for All premium?
Annual premiums, including stamp duty. Data as of 15 October 2026, for ages 0–60
| Plan | Group A | Group B |
|---|---|---|
| Plan 1 | 1,160 | 1,560 |
| Plan 2 | 1,360 | 1,760 |
| Plan 3 | 1,560 | 1,960 |
| Plan 4 | 1,860 | 2,260 |
| Plan 5 | 2,360 | 2,860 |
| Plan 6 | 2,560 | 3,060 |
| Plan 7 | 3,760 | 4,560 |
| Plan 8 | 4,660 | 5,460 |
Every figure is a starting premium. Ages 61–65 are renewal premiums only. Group A rises by THB 300 for each plan (for example, Plan 1 is THB 1,460), and group B rises by THB 400–500 (for example, Plan 1 is THB 2,060). The actual premium depends on the plan, age, occupation group, the information on the application form and the insurer's underwriting decision.
Group A is office work that does not use machinery, such as executives, bank staff, homemakers, civil servants, teachers and students. Group B is occasional work outside the office or work that sometimes uses machinery, such as engineers, lawyers, doctors, nurses, salespeople and head technicians.
Worked example: what you get for each step up in premium (group A)
- Plan 2 → Plan 3 costs 1,560 − 1,360 = THB 200 per year more. Medical expenses per accident rise from THB 10,000 to THB 20,000, and the death sum insured stays the same.
- Plan 5 → Plan 6 costs 2,560 − 2,360 = THB 200 per year more. Medical expenses per accident rise from THB 30,000 to THB 50,000.
- Plan 4 → Plan 5 costs 2,360 − 1,860 = THB 500 per year more. The death sum insured rises from THB 300,000 to THB 500,000 and medical expenses stay the same.
- Plan 3 average 1,560 ÷ 12 = about THB 130 per month
This example is for illustration only. If you worry more about medical expenses than the death benefit, Plan 3 and Plan 6 are the steps where you pay a little extra but clearly get more medical expenses cover.
How do you choose the right plan?
If you already have health insurance or medical benefits from work, look mainly at the death sum insured. If you don't, look at medical expenses per accident first, because the accidents people meet most often end with medical bills.
Who is PA for All for?
- People who want their first accident policy on a budget of under THB 2,000 per year
- Parents who want to insure a school-age child, because students are in group A
- People who want to choose a sum insured that fits their family's responsibilities and don't want to buy a plan that is too big
- Group B workers who want accident insurance at a modest premium
Who should not buy this plan yet?
- People who regularly play risky sports: this plan's table does not state cover for dangerous sports. See PA Me Style: Fit Style
- People over 60 who have not held this policy before: ages 61–65 are accepted for renewal only. See Accident insurance for seniors, apply up to age 75
- Occupations outside group A or B: the premium table has only these two groups
- People who want high income compensation during a hospital stay: every plan pays THB 500 per day
- People who ride a motorcycle every day and want a high sum insured for this: the motorcycle sum insured is half of the general sum insured
Limits to check before you decide
- The motorcycle sum insured is half of the general sum insured, for example Plan 5 gives THB 250,000
