Underwriting conditions
1. Pets are accepted from an entry age of 3 months – 9 years
1.1 Pets aged 3 months – 7 years need no health check (renewable up to 9 years)
1.2 Pets aged 8–9 years need a health check
2. A complete vaccination record, as prescribed and scheduled by the vet, is required
3. The pet must not have had surgery for an illness before cover starts
4. The pet must be in good health, with no injury or illness
5. The pet must be in Thailand only
6. A maximum of 1 insurance policy per pet
Key exclusions: this insurance does not cover
1. Intentional killing or intentional harm
2. Any time the pet is outside Thailand
3. Medical expenses or death due to
3.1 Illness within the first 60 days from the date the policy first takes effect
3.2 Death more than 90 days after the accident or illness
3.3 Congenital conditions, hereditary diseases or conditions existing before the insurance
3.4 Transport, malnutrition
3.5 Parasitic worms, ticks, fleas, mites, lice, epidemic diseases, mange or skin diseases of any kind
How to make a claim

attaching copies of the following claim documents
- The claim form with the treatment details completed by the vet
- A photo of the original receipt showing all itemised expenses
- A certified copy of the insured's national ID card
- A copy of the insured's bank book (account page)
- Related documents, e.g. a police report or photos
Once the insurer has approved your claim payment,
it will notify you of the result and email you a claim settlement agreement
When you receive it, please check that the details in the claim settlement agreement
are correctand confirm by replying to the email
