Underwriting conditions
1. These premiums apply only to pickups weighing up to 4 tonnes (code 320)
2. The sum insured must be at least 80% of the vehicle's value on the date the policy is taken out (value including accessories, if any)
3. Standard accessories fitted by the vehicle manufacturer or car dealer are covered in full (the cover limit is included in the sum insured)
4. Cover is extended to other accessories beyond those fitted by the vehicle manufacturer or car dealer, up to THB 20,000
(the cover limit is included in the sum insured) only for: alloy wheels, audio systems, in-car TVs, dash cams, spoilers, window tint film and steel frames
5. Not accepted: vehicles with a modified cargo bed, vehicles converted into passenger vehicles, pickups with a dump body, vehicles used for racing
lowered cars, raised vehicles, emergency vehicles such as ambulances and rescue vehicles, vehicles whose registration number consists only of digits, vehicles used as demonstrators (Demo cars), vehicles used for test drives (Test Drive cars)
6. Vehicles carrying hazardous materials, fuel, acid or gas (code 340) are not accepted
7. The following materials and equipment are not covered: leaf springs and axles modified from factory standard, Kevlar, stickers, glass coating, paint coating
8. Vehicle inspection before cover is accepted
9. Bangkok-registered vehicles include those registered in Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom
