**Exclusions

This insurance policy does not cover
1. Medical services outside the scope of the profession
2. Treatment errors made before the policy was taken out
3. Lawsuits filed outside Thailand, or judgments made outside Thailand
4. Cosmetic services, acne and skin treatment, weight-loss medication
5. Blood bank operations, except where blood or Blood Product is supplied for use in the insured's own procedures
6. Procedures by dentists and oral surgeons involving general anaesthesia, and procedures carried out under general anaesthesia, unless performed in a hospital
7. Damage caused by radiation or radioactive contamination
8. Services provided while under the influence of drugs or intoxicants
9. Intentional wrongdoing, malicious acts, criminal acts
10. Errors arising from medical experiments
