Underwriting conditions and exclusions
1. The pet must be aged between 3 months and 7 years
2. The pet must be in good health, with no injury, disability or illnessas shown on the pet's health certificate
3. The pet must be kept within Thailand only
4. The pet must be fully vaccinated for the standard diseases on the standard schedule
5. Maximum of 1 policy per pet
6. The pet must have a microchip (for the microchipped plan)
7. Microchipping costs are covered only when the policy first takes effect
8. The insurer will pay compensation if the insured has the insured pet microchippedwithin 30 days before the policy first takes effect
The insurer will pay 50% of the actual microchipping cost, up to the amount stated in thepolicy schedule
Exclusions
1. Death, injury or illness from a condition that existed before the insurance started
2. Death or treatment due to illness occurring during theperiod not covered (waiting period)
that occurs within 60 days after the policyfirst takes effect
Documents required to apply (all of the following)
1. A fully completed application form
2. The pet's health certificate
3. A copy of the vaccination certificate
4. Proof of microchipping (for pets already microchipped)Plan for microchipped pets
4.1 A copy of the pet owner's national ID card
4.2 Photos of the pet, including photos showing its distinguishing marks, taken no more than 2 weeks ago, with all of the following views
